6. Traffic and order attribution

We use anonymous first-party cookies to record the initial landing page, referral source, UTM parameters, and advertising click identifiers when present. When you place an order or submit an enquiry, the first source and most recent non-direct marketing source may be stored with that transaction to measure campaign performance.

This system does not retain raw IP addresses, does not identify you beyond information you voluntarily provide, and does not sell tracking data. The visitor cookie lasts up to 90 days and the session cookie lasts 30 minutes.
